COIN A NEW NAME.

START A PROVOCATIVE SOCIAL MOVEMENT.
AND STOP THINKING IN SILOS.


    At a Diversity employment summit at Microsoft, hearing success stories from several brands, in a Microsoft team meeting, I came up with the new name: “altskills” and also the idea of a constellation: All of Microsoft’s partner brands could solve the problem better together than individually.
   This still could work and flourish today.

Later, the idea blossomed into two diversity/inclusion programs I named and did logo and branding for.

Diversity says “Look how different we all are” and Inclusion says  “Yeah-so what? Let’s get on with it.”
